Jan 27 - Listed townhouse for sale

Jan 30 – We were notified about the release of new floor plans (Milan and Venice)

Feb 3 – Signed contract to sell townhouse

Feb 5 – Decided not to go with Milan because morning room option was not available to build on any lot

Feb 6 – Notified that Ryan Homes found 1 site that can fit a Milan model with a morning room

Feb 6 – Townhouse inspection

Feb 9 – Drove to Stephenson, VA to see Milan model

Feb 10 – Decided to go with the Milan model and build in PS: estimated completion date Sept 1 2015

Feb 13 – Finance meeting with NVR Mortgage

Feb 15 – Met with Ryan Homes to finalize colors for home exterior, granite, and cabinets

Feb 16 – Design center meeting TAC Ceramic

Feb 19 – Asked TAC for final pricing and asked to add shelves to shower

Mar 2 – Meeting with Guardian to discuss wiring

Mar 4 – Received TAC pricing info

Mar 23 – Closed on the townhouse/Moved in with family

May 21 – Told our move in date has been pushed back to Oct 9, 2015

Jun 1 – Re-visit to TAC to double-check selections; made changes to back splash

Jun 11 – Notified that we need to schedule our pre-construction meeting; scheduled for June 26^th

Jun 26 - Pre-construction Meeting with PM and sales rep
Jul 9 - BROKE GROUND!
Aug 24 - Pre-Drywall Walk Through
Sep 23 - Received appraisal
Oct 22 - Pre-Settlement Walk Through
Oct 26 - CLOSING!!!
